OPEN POSITION: Client Relations Associate


  • Targeted Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 based on experience and performance (incentive bonus + profit sharing)

Creative Financial Partners, LLC is a rapidly growing, full service financial services firm serving individuals and small businesses with a suite of strategies including financial planning, investment management, mortgage services, tax planning and insurance. We are currently seeking to add a dedicated team member to fulfill the role of Client Relations Associate.


The position involves frequent interaction with clients, and it’s expected of the Associate to provide a high level of service to them in a fast paced environment. The Associate will prepare and submit all new business and service paperwork efficiently and thoroughly; timeliness of following-up and following through is crucial in this position.  Furthermore, the Associate must be able to provide support to other team members across a wide range of operational and administrative duties. 

The candidate MUST possess a high level of problem solving skills and attention to detail. He/she is expected to be proactive and possess a maturity to handle confidential and delicate client information and issues.


  • Process and improve operational efficiencies relating to new account paperwork, processing, and communication with clients.
  • Communicate and resolve any issues arising with vendors, compliance, customer accounts, and other third party service providers.
  • Handle and track all client service requests including additional investments or cash needs, additional or changes to insurance policies, address changes, and any other urgent client matters.
  • Provide clients support with all technology and software.
  • Remain current on Salesforce (and other systems) best practices, technologies and certifications.
  • Maintain and enhance visual layout, workflow rules and business logic to streamline and enhance the firm’s processes and improve the user’s experience.


  • 2 years’ experience in sales or a customer service role.  Experience in the financial services industry preferred but not required.
  • Some experience using Salesforce software for administration and/or development.
  • High level of proficiency in using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat software.
  • Must be able to commute to the firm’s office in Atlanta, GA and work beyond typical hours during busy business seasons, such as tax season.
